Although my doctor said to take a week off I went to work and decided to be off all next week. Last night, I boiled some chicken, eggs and vegetables so I can bring to work today.
BREAKFAST:

LUNCH: (We had an Easter Party and I had to resist everything but what I could eat. A bit hard but I had to do what I had to do)

A TINY TINY SCOOP OF FRIED RICE (Shouldn't have)
CHICKEN SLICES
8 FL OZ OF WATER
SNACK:
BLACKBERRIES

DINNER:
CHICKEN BREAST PIECES
SPINACH
PIECES OF PORK WITH VERY LIGHT SEASONING
SNACK:
GRAPES
8 FL OZ OF WATER
3 ROASTED VEGETABLE CRACKERS (Hmm probably shouldn't have)
ALOE VERA
NOTE: Not enough water today!
Felt a little light headed, so I ate a few crackers. Not too bad.
SLEPT AT 1015PM LIKE A BABY.
